Parent Coaching, Neuro-Developmental, Early Childhood Intervention & DIRFloortime® Practitioner.
I offer a neuro-informed approach to early childhood intervention which supports child development and parental attunement.

DIRFloortime® is recognised as a leading evidence-based approach helping individuals on the autism spectrum and others with neurodevelopmental differences flourish. By following your child's lead and respecting their individual sensory profile, let's work through the Functional Emotional Developmental Capacities (FEDCs) to build a strong foundation for growth.

I am here to listen! With an approach deeply rooted in the neuroscience of attachment, I use a Filial-informed framework to empower parents as the primary agents of change. By coaching you in specific play-based techniques, the goal is to help strengthen the parent-child bond, enhance emotional attunement, and create a shared 'language' of safety that continues long after our sessions end.

Utilizing a neuro-informed, non-directive approach rooted in humanistic and relational principles, I aim to facilitate a space where play becomes the primary language for development.
Include games focused on turn-taking, improving social skills or practicing new ways of responding to challenges.

Based on neuro-developmental principles, I incorporate movement-based activities to enhance proprioception (body awareness), motor coordination, and self-regulation. Curated sensory play, utilizing tactile mediums (e.g. sand, water etc) serves as a powerful tool for sensory regulation and integration.

Using pretend play, puppets, and stories to encourage imagination, creativity, and language development.

Art and music based activities can be used as powerful tools for expression, helping children communicate feelings and ideas in creative ways.

Tapping into the nurturing world of plants and flowers, many children experience a sense of calm and nervous system regulation.

Sibling-focused/group sessions designed to strengthen the bond between siblings while addressing the specific dynamics of a neurodiverse household. Using a play-based framework to focus on relational harmony, shared language etc.
